Acrobodics
ACROBODICS is acrobatically derived fitness. Without weights or machines, this total body workout will seriously turn your idea of fitness upside down! We climb ropes and swing from trapezes; that’s the workout. It’s so simple a kid could do it; in fact that is the last time most people have done it before their first lesson with me... That’s where the understandable comparisons to ANY other type of exercise end.
More than any push up, sit up, or functional training exercise that details the specifics of an Acrobodics workout; it is about developing a relationship with your body. The courage to keep your wits about you while climbing a rope and doing things you might have thought were beyond you.
The strength and coordination built by lifting your own weight over and over is the kind that only comes from believing in yourself, and that despite your fears you can do it. I can teach you that; that’s the real workout.
