Expertise: An integrative approach to goal achievement-consisting of resistance, cardio vascular, core, balance and flexibility training, addressing a myriad of your concerns, i.e., fat loss, body reshaping, posture correction, muscle development, flexibility, sound nutrition, preventive injury, etc.. Of additional specialization, Jeet Kune Do total body conditioning concepts, Vinyasa Yoga, Mike Mentzer’s rational approach to muscular development and Vee Arnis Jitsu joint manipulations, breaks, locks and throws-as part of an effective self defense arsenal.

Motivation: Health is the only value worth the name-without health, no reason, productivity, will or joy!

Philosophy: With the intent of building your health and fitness first, and thereby achieving your specific goals; I will passionately construct your body from the inside out, culminating in superior and enduring results. This will not be a superficial venture, but a mind/body journey of discovery leading to a healthy, aesthetic and more functional you.
