Mirona helds from an athletic family, her father a former Olympic Hockey contender and her mother a marathon runner.
Mirona entered the world of professional sports by becoming a professional Team Handball competitor. She inspired and motivated a large number of clientele, her specialty being Weight Loss and Weight Management.
Mirona is NSCA/ACE, PRE-POST NATAL, KETTLE-BELLS certified.
