Co-founder of Hype Gym
James is a NASM certified, Tier 3 Elite Master Trainer with over 20 years of experience. His expertise ranges from kettlebell training, speed and conditioning, Olympic lifting, pre- and post-natal care, weight loss, and body sculpting. James specializes in developing customized programs for individuals to achieve and succeed with their fitness goals. He has developed programs for everyone from athletes to first time gym goers. James focuses on injury prevention, measurable improvements, and results.
Kate has been in the fitness Industry for more than 10 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Masters Degree in Special Education. She works with a range of individuals from youth to the elderly, and is a professional volleyball and beach volleyball player. Kate’s experience working with athletes (volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis players) and children with disabilities has helped her develop the training methodology she brings to working with each individual client.
Ben is a personal trainer and powerlifting coach who began his career in the fitness industry coaching collegiate athletes at Gettysburg College in PA, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences. He specializes in human anatomy and biomechanics, and mentors individuals in learning how the body moves. He currently works with over 40 strength athletes through online coaching and consulting. Additionally, Ben plans to create an online mentorship program to teach advanced biomechanics to individuals worldwide.
Jesse has been training since he was 15 years old. He specializes in Strength & Conditioning, body recomposition, and powerlifting. He has trained with clients ranging from 18-75 years old and is very experienced when it comes rehabbing an injury. He obtained his Masters in Accounting at Hofstra University but soon realized his passion belonged in the gym helping others improve their quality of life. Jesse is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Nate is a Precision Nutrition Lvl 2 Master Coach, Certified Exercise Fitness Specialist, and Certified Functional Strength Coach. With his background, certifications, and experience in the field he helps implement sustainable habits around mindset, movement, and nutrition that works for your lifestyle. By going through his own transformation of losing 70lbs, he understands the struggles that come with change and how to support you along the way. Whatever the challenge is, he is ready to be right by your side during your journey.

Anya is finishing her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition at NYU and is on track to become a Registered Dietitian. She completed her B.A. in Math and Computer Science at Dartmouth College. Anya initially worked in tech and management consulting while independently studying nutrition and fitness. Today, she’s a certified dietitian, nutrition coach, certified personal trainer, and registered yoga teacher. Anya has helped clients optimize their diet in order to build muscle, lose fat, and improve everyday functioning.
Amanda Dos Santos
Danielle is an LMT and RN dedicated to using her professional skills and divine gifts to empower others to take charge of the regenerative side of their health. She is trained to help clients achieve a higher level of performance, wellness, and living by coordinating care between clients, their trainers, and other healthcare practitioners. By combining manual therapy with movement and training techniques, she hopes to evolve therapy and training into a new hybrid of whole body care and performance. Danielle offers a customized manual therapy treatment catered directly to the client’s requests and needs based on physical history, training goals, postural assessment, and special orthopedic tests. Each treatment consists of a blend of modalities, including myofascial release, stretching, trigger point therapy, and sports and deep tissue massage to help relieve built-up tension and correct imbalances in the body so you can feel and perform better.
