Kate has been in the fitness Industry for more than 10 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and obtains a Masters Degree in Specials Education. She is a professional Volleyball and Beach Volleyball Player. She is working with a range of individuals from youth to the elderly. Her experience working with athletes (volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis players) and children with disabilities has helped her develop the training methodology she brings to working with general population clientele.

James Lafaro

James is a NASM certified, Tier 3 Elite Master Trainer with over 20 years of experience. His expertise ranges from kettle bell training, speed and conditioning, Olympic lifting, pre and post-natal care, weight loss and body sculpting. James specializes in developing customized programs for individuals to achieved and succeed with their fitness goals. He has developed programs for everyone from athletes to first time gym goers. James focuses on injury prevention, measurable improvements and results.

Dr. Pat Davidson

Director of Education

Pat Davidson, Ph.D, is an exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning coach, author, consultant, and traveling lecturer. Pat started out in the fitness world as an athlete who was looking to find any training and nutrition tool possible to make him the best he could possibly be at sports. This passion for training knowledge ultimately led Pat to pursuing a Master’s in Science in Strength and Conditioning, and a Ph.D in Exercise Physiology. Pat has worked as a Professor of Exercise Science at Springfield College and Brooklyn College, along with being the Director of Continuing Education and Training Methodology at Peak Performance in NYC.  Pat was a competitive baseball athlete as well as a nationally ranked strongman competitor.  He currently regarded as the leader in biomechanics based training and lectures all over the globe on the topic.


Nora Laitinen

Yoga Instructor

Stretch Therapist

Yoga Instructor & Stretch Therapist. Nora has over 10-years of experience in teaching yoga, somatic practices and injury prevention.
Her journey to yoga and stretching started early in life by training at the Finnish National Ballet Academy, where she also obtained her BFA in Dance. As a dancer, stretching and injury prevention became crucial to her, which sparked a passion for increasing flexibility and finding correct alignment through yoga and assisted stretching.
Nora got her 200-hour yoga instructor certification in Koh Phangan, Thailand. She has build her own signature Vinyasa based yoga practice focusing on building strength in yoga asanas as well as increasing mobility and flexibility.
As a stretch therapist, Nora assesses every clients individual needs and further applies stretches, exercises and bodywork best suited for the individual. Safety and alignment are the most important factors in every assisted stretching session. Nora thrives to educate her clients as how to better apply correct alignment in training other forms of exercise. Assisted stretching sessions will improve flexibility, prevents injuries and enhances recovery after a training session.


Anya Rosen

Anya is finishing her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition at NYU, and she’s on track to becoming a Registered Dietitian. Anya completed her B.A. in Math and Computer Science at Dartmouth College. She initially worked in tech and management consulting while independently studying nutrition and fitness. Today, she’s a Certified Dietitian Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and a Registered Yoga Teacher. Anya has helped clients optimize their diet in order to build muscle, lose fat, and improve everyday functioning.

Diego Flores

Diego has been in the fitness industry for close to a decade. After becoming more proactive with his own health and wellness, Diego became both a student and teacher of strength and lifestyle adherence. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, and holds numerous certifications from some of the nation’s top leaders in fitness, strength training, and nutrition.Tony uses a multifaceted, holistic approach to training, striving not to fall into fitness dogmas and always puts his clients’ goals and aspirations at the forefront of the process.
