Meet The Team

Nick Johnson

Training Manager

Nick has been training for over 13 years and has worked with clientele ranging from professional and Olympic athletes to special populations with orthopedic considerations.  He was a strength and conditioning coach at the College of William & Mary and has been the director of programming and education at 2 different facilities in NYC. He holds a dual M.S. in Sports performance/Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation sciences, is certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM, and is Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified through the CSCCa.  Nick played both soccer and rugby at the collegiate level, has competed in multiple marathons, ultra-marathons and powerlifting competitions.

Luke Sokol

Director of Programming

Luke started training in high school and has over 5 years of experience working with a range of individuals from youth to the elderly.  His experience working with athletes from strongman competitors to hockey players at the professional level has helped him develop the training methodology he brings to working with general population clientele.  He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Springfield college, where he also played varsity football.  He is certified in Myokinematic Restoration, Postural Respiration and Pelvic Restoration through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI). He has competed in powerlifting, strongman, and currently holds the Hype Gym record for distance run in 5 minutes on the TrueForm treadmill.

Dr. Pat Davidson

Director of Education

Pat Davidson, Ph.D, is an exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning coach, author, consultant, and traveling lecturer. Pat started out in the fitness world as an athlete who was looking to find any training and nutrition tool possible to make him the best he could possibly be at sports. This passion for training knowledge ultimately led Pat to pursuing a Master’s in Science in Strength and Conditioning, and a Ph.D in Exercise Physiology. Pat has worked as a Professor of Exercise Science at Springfield College and Brooklyn College, along with being the Director of Continuing Education and Training Methodology at Peak Performance in NYC.  Pat was a competitive baseball athlete as well as a nationally ranked strongman competitor.  He currently regarded as the leader in biomechanics based training and lectures all over the globe on the topic.

Nikki Alliegro

Trainer

Nikki has been in the fitness industry for 8 years. In addition to being a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, she is also a WBFF Bikini Pro athlete and an international cover model. She loves to work with clientele ranging from beginners in their fitness journey to seasoned athletes. Originally from Boston, Nikki came to NYC to pursue her love for coaching and helping others reach their goals.

Jesse Breidenbach 

Coach

Jesse was born and grew up in Los Angeles. He is currently studying exercise physiology at Chico State. He plays faceoff for the men’s lacrosse team. Prior to that he played tennis for Glendale College. He is also a professionally certified ski instructor in both alpine and children’s skiing and a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
