Meet The Team

Nick Johnson

Training Manager

Nick has been training for over 13 years and has worked with clientele ranging from professional and Olympic athletes to special populations with orthopedic considerations.  He was a strength and conditioning coach at the College of William & Mary and has been the director of programming and education at 2 different facilities in NYC. He holds a dual M.S. in Sports performance/Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation sciences, is certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM, and is Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified through the CSCCa.  Nick played both soccer and rugby at the collegiate level, has competed in multiple marathons, ultra-marathons and powerlifting competitions.

Kate Georgiadis

Kate has been in the fitness Industry for more that 10 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and obtains a Masters Degree in Specials Education. She is a professional Volleyball and Beach Volleyball Player. She is working with a range of individuals from youth to the elderly. Her experience working with athletes (volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis players) and children with disabilities has helped her develop the training methodology she brings to working with general population clientele.

Dr. Pat Davidson

Pat Davidson, Ph.D, is an exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning coach, author, consultant, and traveling lecturer. Pat started out in the fitness world as an athlete who was looking to find any training and nutrition tool possible to make him the best he could possibly be at sports. This passion for training knowledge ultimately led Pat to pursuing a Master’s in Science in Strength and Conditioning, and a Ph.D in Exercise Physiology. Pat has worked as a Professor of Exercise Science at Springfield College and Brooklyn College, along with being the Director of Continuing Education and Training Methodology at Peak Performance in NYC.  Pat was a competitive baseball athlete as well as a nationally ranked strongman competitor.  He currently regarded as the leader in biomechanics based training and lectures all over the globe on the topic.
